Unfortulately not. Please note Once entry is received we incur material costs and admin costs so unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund (unless requested within 14 days of purchase) or to defer to a future race. Transfer of your entry to another competitor is not permitted as it is you who have agreed to the terms and conditions of the event, provided emergency contact details, etc

    Can i swap my number?

Unfortunately not. Please note we have your emergency contact details. Should anything happen to the person wearing that race number we will be calling the wrong next of kin.

Can i show up and partake without entering?

No. This race has a limit on numbers as the course can only safely hold so many. Therefore you will be in the way of people who have paid to enjoy this event. Plus if you have an accident we don’t know who you are.
